Preparation before operation
Material preparation: Dry powder should be mixed evenly with an appropriate amount of water. Wet materials can be dried appropriately. The material is in the form of blocks and should not be processed.
Machine preparation: Remove the glass cover of the discharge cylinder, replace the appropriate sieve, adjust the prick wheel in the handwheel to the appropriate position, run the machine empty for 1-2 minutes, and then start the machine again if there are no abnormalities.
1. Usage: Start the machine, pour the mixture into the hopper, and use the swinging effect of the rotating drum to squeeze the material through the sieve to form particles.
2 Precautions:
If the powder cannot be stopped in the powder hopper, do not use your hands to shovel it to avoid hand injury accidents. Use a bamboo shovel or park to work.
If crushed into pieces, they should be gradually added and should not be filled up to avoid excessive pressure, which may make the sieve vulnerable.
Before operation, install the glass cover of the feeding cylinder to prevent particles from coming out.

The body is an independent rectangular prism composed of three major components: bearing frame, gearbox, and machine base. The feeding hopper is connected to the bearing frame and extends outward from the machine. The front end of the machine base is designed to extend and land smoothly, so it does not need to be installed and can be placed indoors for use at will.
2 Particle manufacturing device: The rotating drum horizontal device is located under the hopper, with bearing supports at the front and rear. It rotates in reverse direction through the transmission of gears. The front bearing seat on the end face is movable. When assembling or disassembling, simply unscrew three screws to sequentially extract the front bearing seat and rotating drum. The two ends of the rotating drum are equipped with symmetrical convex coupling joints, which are not restricted by reverse alignment and are easy to install and remove.
3. Screen clamp tube: The device is made of steel pipes on both sides of the rotating drum, with a long groove in the middle. The two ends of the screen are embedded in the groove. The screen is wrapped around the outer circle of the rotating drum by rotating the handwheel, which is supported by a spur wheel and can be adjusted for tightness.
4. Gearbox: Adopting worm gear transmission with a speed ratio of 1:30, the gearbox can store oil to ensure good lubrication and no noise of the gear rod, gear and worm gear pair. The outer end of the worm gear is equipped with an eccentric rod to drive the gear rod to perform reciprocating motion, and the gear shaft meshing with the gear rod performs reverse rotation motion.
5. Machine base motor: The motor mounting plate is connected to the machine base hinge, and the other end is hinged with a nut. When the handwheel of the machine base is rotated, the adjusting screw rotates, and the nut drives the motor plate up and down to adjust the tension of the V-belt.
Maintenance:
1. Regularly inspect the components, once a month, to check whether the moving parts such as worm gears, worm gears, bearings are flexible and worn. If defects are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner and should not be forcibly used.
